The
Gigasampler mini-faq
I
have clicks, pops and/or audio residue in my audio when
playing back samples. What is wrong?
Several factors could be causing your audio problems,
the most likely factors being the speed of your computer,
the speed of your hard drive and the amount of RAM you have
in your system.
Also
be sure to defragment your hard drive as often as possible
(once every two weeks is a good rule of thumb if you use
your system heavily).
Check
the system requirements to make
sure that your computer's CPU, hard drive and RAM meets
the minimums required to run Gigasampler. Also note that
certain sample libraries (such as Gigapiano and GigaHarp)
require significantly more system resources than other sample
programs to ensure smooth performance.
